GTA San Andreas minigun location
In the GTA San Andreas you find a minigun on the Kincaid Bridge and its very close to the naval station which is close to the Easter Bay Airport.

Here is a footage were you can find the minigun so at the right of the images you can see the navel station and the naval ship so that would be quite easy to remember. The easiest to get to there is with a jetpack with the cheat ROCKETMAN.
