What would happen if Victor Vance enter the military base after getting kicked out from the army

Here I have how it looks like if Victor Vance enter the military base after he gets kicked out after the mission Conduct Unbecoming. If he enters the military base the soldiers would shoot him on sight like in GTA Vice City as the army doesnt like Tommy Vercetti but in the Vice City Stories the soldier would not shoot him directly when he is on the side part on the military base but when he goes further inside the base the soldiers will shoot him.

Here is a map where you can find a ramp to get into the military base as Victor Vance is a civilian after being kicked out he cant enter the main area after the mission Conduct Unbecoming.
