Here on GTA Vice City Stories, both the corrupt soldier Jerry Martinez and a DEA Agent Alman talk about a Swedish man named Sven Johansson. It's on the mission The Mugshot Longshot. The fictional character Sven Johansson himself does not appear in the game.
