Creating a Vice City Ped in The Sims 2

Here I have created a Vice City WFYRI Ped in The Sims 2. You need the Original and Apartment Life versions. If you dont have Apartment Life its fine but its most because of the hair. But the clothes you only need the original 

The Sims 2. I named it to Cecilia Roberts but you can name what you want to.

I made it to look like this pedestrian WFYRI which is White Female Young Rich
