I have made Matrix security guards to the GTA Vice City as you see on the pictures you see its with cop model but it doesnt replace the cops it replaces the Patrol Invest Group guards they have both same uniform parts but with two different patches in their arms. The GDA has with blue emblem and the GDB has with a Matrix security guard patches. This is even Tommy in the matrix security guard but it replaces the Coveralls outfit and also cutscene includes. This is also replaces Lance in Matrix security guard uniform instead of Lance in police uniform.
